EQL3 Champions ] -

EQL3 is over, after some hard weeks. We played a pretty good season, by only losing 2 maps and that 2 maps were played the very first match vs Clan Malfunction. After that we pracced like maniacs and won all games 2-0. After ending in first place we went through to the playoffs. FOM, LA, SR, and 1 more clan they were all fighting for the last spot. Unfortunalty summerbreak came up and most players went idle. So CMF went to playoffs with not enough ppl to fill in a team with good pings. la beats fom with a thriller 3-2 game. Too bad Angua had some fuckedup lag before 23cet so we couldn't play the game. Walkover it was because they felt they didn't belong in the playoffs anyway. So there we were in the finals vs our bigest rivals Lege Artis. We were ready for them from the start, after beating them quite easily in nqr9 with 3-1 we had the biggest confidence to beat them again. Unfortunatly LA seemed to be too scared to face our new SR squad. They didn't show up on the first, second and third scheduded game. So we where quite furious about it and wanted to play another clan (fom), admins didn't let us so we got Walk Over once again. SR won eql3 and is already looking forward to next season. gg's

Slackers is back! ] -

Finally Slackers is back. After Slackers went idle, some players left to other clans some stopped playing. But there was a new clan rising and shining named Leftovers, they reqruited ParadokS and he offerd to switch to Slackers, because all of the facilities they have and the reputation. So here we are a completely new Slackers team ready for NQR9 and EQL3

Today we bid one of the best Quakers welcome in Slackers. He has played in top clans like Zetor and tVS, and did also great in the last few seasons of Smackdown and NQR. If you didn't know who I am talking about already, you should go study your QuakeWorld history !

If you think qw scene is idling now then you are wrong, because the finnish championship league is going on now, you can read more stuff at qwsm page. Sorry page is in finnish. Slackers finnish team is there too + dm2 quadguru lokki.
New league will start soon too, its called "cmt tourney" and like name says there will be only cmt maps. I hope you'll prac those maps, because they are really good.
